CORPORATE GROUP PRICING (There's no me in team!)

Group pricing is available from only $1250 for teams of 3 or more. I've photographed everything from a local four person company to 500 corporate execs for a financial firm. Your shoot can be done at my studio or I'll gladly come to your location. Visit the corporate group pricing page to fill out a short form with all the relevant details. SESSION ADD-ONS

MAKEUP & HAIR (I know, I know...you don't need it. But you do!)

Makeup for both women and men is available for only $250 . You can also add hairstyling/grooming for $100 in addition to the makeup fee.*

I work with an incredibly talented team of makeup artists. They'll help take your headshots to the next level. The makeup artist will stay for the duration of your session and make sure you look UH-MAZING from look to look. They'll step in to fix stray hairs, do touch-ups, and make sure you're on your A-game. Why should you be the one stressing the small stuff? You're a star baby! They also understand my lighting, retouching techniques, and how to apply makeup and style hair to get the best results from each. And they're overall swell people. Good vibes!

Note: The makeup artist’s fee is separate and paid directly to her. She accepts cash and payments through Zelle and Venmo. Also note that we are not a hair salon so services such as blowouts, washing your hair, adding extensions will not be provided by the makeup artist.

WANT AN ADDITIONAL LOOK?

Customize your EXEC or CEO package by adding an additional look for only $150 per look. Each additional look also includes 1 retouched headshot. Great for when you want to add a casual look or just try something different with your hair/makeup.

PREFER TO SHOOT OUTDOORS?

If you'd like to have all or just some of your looks photographed outdoors with natural light, add an outdoor option to your session for only $100. We'll be photographing in the areas surrounding the studio here in SoHo which gives you lots of options from cobblestone streets and rustic backgrounds as well as modern architecture for that NYC Vibe.

Note: Outdoor sessions are weather permitting. Be sure to check the weather forecast before booking. Ideal conditions are sunny days with minimal winds.

NEED HEADSHOTS AT YOUR OFFICE? (I'll bring the party to you.)

For corporate clients in Manhattan, I'm able to stage your session at your location. The fee is $350 and covers travel and equipment. For those outside of the city, please contact me for a custom quote.

ADD A CONSULTATION TO YOUR PACKAGE (We should talk!)

Get in-depth help preparing for your session by adding a Pre-Shoot Consultation to your booking. For only $150, the consultation includes an up to 30-minute online meeting where we’ll discuss your goals as well as the direction of your session. Ask questions, show me your previous headshots, bring any wardrobe you’re considering, and make a list of any insightful tips you gather. It’s very reassuring to have a seasoned professional helping you prep for your shoot, so on the day of, you’re 110% ready! I highly recommend it!

POST-SHOOT IMAGE REVIEW (Get a second opinion.)

Need help narrowing your images down? Consider adding a post-shoot image review to your package. The post-shoot image review is a great way to get professional feedback and objective input on your headshots. For a fee of $125, I’ll personally go through your session and mark favorites for your consideration. I’ll also provide notes on my favorite images to give you in-depth details on why I think these chosen images will best fit your goals. Additionally, you can also send me your own favorites and I can provide feedback on those as well.

RETOUCHING (The wonders of Photoshop.)

Retouching is available for only $50 per image. And if you purchase 3 retouched images you’ll receive a 4th image free! I’ll retouch any imperfections, even out your skin, do color correction, soften wrinkles, and clean up flyaway hairs to make sure you look amazing yet natural.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY (You need your pictures yesterday.)

For most sessions, you'll receive access to your images within 3-4 days after your shoot date.

But if you need your images even faster (ex. you have a super important audition coming up), I offer both a 2-Day Express Delivery option for only $125 and a 24-Hour Next Day Delivery for $250.

Depending on the delivery option you choose, you'll receive your proofs 1-2 days after your session and retouching for the images included in your package will be completed in 1-2 days from the time I receive your selections.

Pricing applies to individual sessions only. Expedited delivery pricing for corporate group sessions varies and is provided along with the quote for the project.

NEED TO SHOOT ON A SUNDAY? (We're flexible.)

Our normal session availability is Wednesday-Saturday. But if that doesn't work for you, consider booking a Sunday Sesh. For only $150, added to your package total, we can hold your headshot session on the Sunday of your choosing.

Sunday sessions are available every Sunday from 1PM-4PM. This is a perfect solution for those who have a unique scheduling situation (e.g., coming from out of town, in school during the week, etc.) or need headshots last minute.

Note: Our online booking platform doesn't allow selecting Sunday as an option. But if you'd like to book a Sunday Sesh, send us an email via the Contact Page with the date/time you'd prefer and I'll send you an invoice for your booking.

PAYMENTS, SCHEDULING, AND STUDIO POLICIES

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT METHODS (The money stuff.)

A 50% deposit (or payment in full) is required in order to book your session and reserve the date/time. Please be certain you wish to proceed with your booking as deposits and session payments are non-refundable.

We are a cash free business, but accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. We do not accept checks. You can make credit card payments online via Square/Paypal or over-the-phone. There is a small 3.5% processing fee for all credit card payments (automatically applied at checkout).

RESCHEDULING (Things come up.)

If you need to reschedule your session it must be done at least 3 days prior to your shoot date to avoid a forfeiture of payment. As a consolation, if you're unable to put in your request prior to the deadline, you may pay a $150 rescheduling fee to avoid losing your payment completely.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE (A legal ting.)

While I, Jamiya Wilson, retain all copyright of the images created, you, the client, are welcome to use the images to promote yourself on your websites (or websites of your representatives), submissions for potential work or representation, and upload to social media/industry related websites such as Backstage, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Images may not be used for commercial purposes, or by any 3rd party without written consent. Feel free to ask if you have any questions in regards to usage limitations.
